There are a large number of things to consider when selling a home, from setting a price, preparing for viewings, negotiations. At Mancini Legal we are dedicated to reducing the stress on you by providing value service.  We work on a fixed fee basis that is broadly based on the value of the property.  The below chart gives an idea of the costs involved, though some conditions, & more complex transactions can increase the costs.  When you contact us we will provide you with a bespoke quote tailored to your specific circumstances.

  • If the property is Leasehold an additional £150 plus VAT is charged for dealing with the management company/Landlord/Freeholder enquiries.
  • If the property is subject to a mortgage an additional £100 plus VAT is charged for dealing with the lenders
  • If you are purchasing a property an additional £75 plus VAT is charged for dealing with and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax


In addition to the fixed fees quoted, there will be a number of disbursements will be payable.  Disbursements are payment made to third parties on your behalf and these are a standard part of the conveyancing process.  These fees are not set by Mancini Legal and will be the same no matter which solicitor you choose.  Below is a list of some common disbursements and their usual cost.
