Nadine Moaddel
Head of Family Law, Director, Solicitor
Nadine Moaddel is a Family Solicitor in our Horsham office. Having worked in the industry for a number of years, she chose family law as her specialism upon qualifying in January 2018. Nadine joined us in June 2019.
In her work, Nadine focuses on…
- Divorce and financial settlements on divorce, negotiating preparing and finalising consent orders made by agreement.
- Assisting with financial matters where an agreement cannot be reached and where court proceedings become necessary.
- Advising and helping those who wish to preserve their assets by negotiating and preparing cohabitation or prenuptial agreements.
- Advising couples who need help resolving a dispute over finance or property following separation.
- Assisting with and advising on domestic violence and emergency court applications.
- Arrangements for children. Nadine adopts a child-centric approach when handling Children Act matters.
Nadine Moaddel’s Qualifications:
- Law Degree from The University of Kent
- LPC from The University of Law, Guildford
- Nadine is a member of Resolution and believes strongly in applying a conciliatory approach.
Nadine’s Interests:
- Outside of work Nadine enjoys swimming, Pilates and the gym. Being an owner of four dogs, she loves exploring new locations.
- Visiting the theatre and watching live bands are also favourite activities. She is also partial to a good cup of coffee.
- Nadine enjoys networking and making new connections, and regularly volunteers at the Citizen’s Advice Bureau after work. She is passionate about helping families and cares strongly about those that are most vulnerable.
- Nadine has recently signed up to the ‘Green Phone Initiative’ which is aimed at giving advice to victims enduring domestic violence.
