- Taking client instructions regarding their enquiry and arranging meetings with the correct department / matter handler -management of the teams’ calendars
- Ensuring great customer service is delivered from potential and existing clients
- Creating new client files and completing file opening procedures – dealing with all Money Laundering Regulations, ID and Searches
- Providing Day to day guidance and support to colleagues relating to their duties and responsibilities, being a skilled communicator
- HR administration for the business / team – Resourcing, Talent Attraction, recruitment process and candidate care (identify vacancies, placing the recruitment advertisements, reviewing job applications organising/attending interviews, employee onboarding).
- Training and development of the team including organising/attending appraisals and identifying staff objectives, maintaining personnel files and keeping records. Organising training for staff and completing records.
- Developing internal policies and procedures for the Practice ensuring update to relevant legislation.
- Ensuring the practice is compliant with Industry regulations ensuring compliance through implementing relevant procedures and drafting appropriate documentation including workplace health and safety, data protection, practice certificate renewals.
- Maintaining office records relating to health and safety incidents, risks, breaches of procedure and regulations, expenses
- Initiating and maintaining relationships with suppliers of products and services, ordering stationery and other supplies, answering the telephone, greeting clients and assisting with enquiries / queries /documentation, generating and maintaining relationships with clients
- Ensure premises look professional and clean trough organising and supervising cleaning. Initiating and maintaining security process and procedures including fire alarm checks, security, and evacuations.

QUALIFICATIONS
CIPD -Human Resources, Various Management and Customer service training/ courses covering core skills, Leadership skills and customer care and customer journey.
INTERESTS
Lindsay is married and has two children. She enjoys swimming and watching a good movie and supporting my son when he plays football. She enjoys socialising with family and friends and spending quality time together. As a family they enjoy days out to the breach and theme parks and they frequently visit North Cornwall, where they enjoy surfing and clotted cream teas. They also enjoy their holidays abroad and sampling the local cuisine and beverages. She is a good juggler and multitasker and has become very skilled in this from her home life to work life.
